Ron Pelletier - Parts Manager
I've been an employee of Ashley Ford Sales since 1978. I worked as Ashley Ford's Office Manager for eleven years then in 1989 I became the Parts Manager which is the position I currently hold. I am married with one grown daughter and enjoy spending time with my family. I'm an avid fan of baseball and enjoy spending a week in Florida at the Red Sox spring training. Manny Sousa - Parts Department
I've been working at Ashley Ford for the past 16 years and have worked in three different departments. I started working at Ashley Ford in 1993 in the Body Shop Dept. as a body repair technician. Then in 1999 I moved over the Service Dept. as a service technician. In 2003 I switched over to the Parts Dept. as the Parts Counter Person and that's where I am today. When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my family and enjoy watching hockey. In fact, I'm a big Bruin's fan. I also collect model cars and have over 50 model cars displayed in my garage. Cheryl Fredette - Title Clerk
In December of 1996 I came to Ashley Ford Sales searching for employment. They were not hiring at the time, but with the assistance and encouragement of their office manager, they offered me a receptionist position. I was so grateful for the opportunity. Thirteen years and many changes later, I am still a member of the Ashley Ford Family. Along with many other responsibilities, I now manage their courtesy delivery department, delivering Ford vehicles to company employees from many different cities and states. I am also responsible for all Massachusetts vehicle registrations and titling here at the dealership. With the convenience of the Massachusetts drive program most vehicles purchased at Ashley Ford can also be registered on site; including not only Massachusetts regular plates, but special plates such as, Teacher plates, Red Sox plates, Patriots plates, and many others. The journey here at Ashley Ford is such a positive experience for me; and with guidance from the owners and my co-workers, I have started my own business adventure. My daughter and I rent out supplies for and coordinate parties, specializing in outdoor weddings. I am happy to report that “OUTSIDE THE BOX WEDDING CREATIONS,” has had its second successful year. I would have to contribute this success to the daily business sense I learn at the dealership. (Always keep your customers happy!)
The changes we have witnessed in the automobile business are amazing. I believe that Ford is on the top of their game when it comes to automotive technology and I'm looking forward to seeing what they plan on bring to the future. Ashley Ford Sales is a dealership that really cares, and I am proud to be part of that.
RAY ROY - Sales and Leasing Consultant
I was born and raised in New Bedford, MA; I served in the United States Air Force (USAF) upon graduating high school, where I trained to be a Diet Therapy Specialist, (Cook in a Hospital, and therapeutic diets for the various patients). Upon being discharge from the USAF, I returned home and went to work in retail. This is where I truly found my calling in life as a salesperson. I started my sales career at Newbury TV and Appliance, I sold and delivered TV’s and Appliances and video equipment at the inception of VCR’s, Video Camera’s, movie rentals. I became the sales and service manager in just a few months, and did this for a couple of years. I was offered a position as the Assistant Service Manager with a substantial increase in pay; I began working Ashley Ford Sales as the assistant service manager, where I met my wife going to Dunkin Donuts for coffee every day. We were married in November 1985, and have been together of more than 26 years now.
I am proud to work for a family owned and operated Dealer like Ashley Ford, as they believe in treating our customers the same way; I believe we would all like to be treated, and that’s with respect and honesty.
