How the Program Works:
We’re experts on Cash for Clunkers, the government’s new vehicle trade-in program. No one makes it easier to receive your Cash for Clunkers rebate when you recycle your old vehicle. Ford Motor Co. has over 20 highly fuel-efficient models to choose from including American’s most fuel-efficient midsize sedans and them most fuel efficient SUV’s on the planet!*
What You Need To Do:
1. Provide proof of ownership of trade. Locate your TITLE to your trade-in. If you do not have TITLE visit Ashley Ford to get "lost title form." Forms are also available at DMV.
2. Provide proof that vehicle was owned and insured for 12 months prior to trade. Visit or call your insurance agent and ask them to provide the necessary documents needed to prove that vehicle was insured for last 12 months.
3. Be sure your trade-in is in drivable condition.
4. VISIT Ashley Ford with your trade to get pre-approval. Our experts will be able to assist you with the rebate amount that you qualify for ($4,500 or $3,500) and select your new FORD. Its That EASY.
Ford Owner Loyalty Rebate Information:
Customers that currently own a 1984 or newer Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle that is disposed of as part of the government’s “Cash for Clunkers” program and purchase an eligible 2009/1020 model are eligible for the retail owner loyalty rebate.
