"The employees at Ashley Ford went above and beyond to please us. We were out of state customers so the paperwork side of the deal was difficult. Ashley Ford's employees all went the extra mile to help us get it figured out. Our salesperson, Johnathan Mandeville, was very easy to talk to and was honest. We did not feel pressured into the sale at all. Everyone had a light and comical attitude. They even bought us lunch on the day of our purchase! "I brought my 2000 F-150 in for a recall and the work was done right on time and I got my recall check right away, too. Things went very smoothly, there were no problems. Bruce Costa, the Service Manager came right out with my check. I used to be a Chevy man but once I bought my wife a 2002 Ford Explorer I switched to Ford. We took our Explorer on a trip to Canada and it was heaven compared to my Chevy. My whole family drives Ford products: my wife, daughter, son, sisters and brothers!"

"I particularly like dealing with Greg St. Aubin in service, who was very thorough and very caring about any problems I may have with my vehicle. He was courteous and I found him very efficient. He lets you know everything you need done. In the future I certainly would be looking to purchase a vehicle at Ashley Ford because of the great experience I've had with Greg. I've had a lot of service done to various vehicles over the years and there hasn't been anyone equal to Greg, as far as I'm concerned. Plus all the mechanics seem to be very thorough and know what they're done. It's the best service I've had anywhere!"

Shaw's Supermarkets began a company car program recently, and I am the company car administrator. The program is new, and I am learning the processes as I go along.
I have had contact with dealerships throughout New England and have had the cooperation and assistance of their fleet managers. Everyone has been very nice and very helpful, for which I am grateful.

I just wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation for the great customer service Ashley Ford has provided.
As a small, seasonal business, we run our fleet non-stop from April-October, accumulating many miles along the way. Our window to get the fleet serviced is usually a couple of slow days here and there, or a slow week, during the season. It’s difficult to plan when the equipment will be available as our demands change from day to day.
When we ARE able to take a truck off the road for service, your Service Department, specifically Gret Aubin, is always VERY accommodating. As stated, we don’t have the luxury of being able to plan our service more than a day or so in advance, yet every time I call Greg, he gets the vehicle serviced that day, or as soon as we can get it up there.
I can’t stress how much of a pleasure it is to deal with Greg and his staff, as well as Manny in the Parts Department. We do our best to take care of our equipment, and it’s comforting to know Ashley Ford is there when needed.

Dear Mr. Bancroft,
This letter is to compliment your staff at Ashley Ford and, in particular, Wayne, your assistant service manager and Bill, your tech, for the kind, courteous and professional service for the manner in which they handled our two on the road episodes several weeks ago. And even though he did no sell us a new car, Seth was good company while we waited for a diagnosis. My spouse were driving from Hyannis back home to New Jersey on Sept. 10 when I noticed a strange sound coming from our 2002 Ford Explorer at about 2:45 pm. A Google search gave me the name of your dealership, I was told to come right over. The result was the need for a right wheel bearing and, then a drive shaft. We compliment Wayne on the manner in which he handled our needs, including connecting us with an Enterprise rental car to drive back to NJ. Five days later, on the way back, service discovered an ignition coil had to be changed (thankfully only 20 min.) It’s nerve wracking enough to have automobile trouble on the road. Ashley Ford and Wayne provided us with the knowledge that our car was being handled properly.
